Our process
- We begin with a one-on-one consultation to understand your unique requirements. As part of this process, we evaluate your current systems to determine their eligibility for Microsoft Teams Phone, ensuring that the solution we design will integrate seamlessly with your existing infrastructure.
- Following this consultation, we'll provide a detailed proposal with all of the information about the system, together with implementation timelines and itemised costings, ensuring transparency and clarity from the start. We'll also be on hand to answer any questions around the content of the proposal (We appreciate that "tech speak" isn't everyone's language!)
- Upon acceptance of the proposal, our team of experts will swing into action and start building your Microsoft Teams Phone system! This will mostly happen in the background, but we will touch base at any points where we may need some information from you.
- Most of our systems can be deployed remotely, however if your system design includes onsite installation of network hardware or desktop handsets, our technician will contact you to arrange an installation date and our warehouse will despatch the equipment directly to your site.
- Once the system is deployed, we'll conduct a round of testing with you before we go live. This ensures the system is working perfectly for you from the moment it is switched on.
- After we go live, we continue to manage the system in the background. Our technical support team is there for you if you ever run into any problems or need any tweaks to the system.
