Remote Support
Unlimited remote support is included for Business One Mobile subscribers where the following conditions are met
  1. The device is signed into a user account which is subscribed to our B1 Mobile service
  2. The device is running a licensed operating system from the list below
    1. iOS 17 and above
    2. Android 14 and above
  3. The device is not jailbroken or rooted
  4. The device has a company device management profile installed
  5. The issue is reported via our support channels and a service request ticket is created
  6. The support session is conducted within our regular business hours
  7. The reported issue is related to the services provided under our Business One Mobile subscription
  8. The reported issue is not a Project

Below is a list of typical scenarios that are included.
  1. Microsoft 365 browser and app issues
  2. User account management (username changes, password reset etc)
  3. User account permission settings and changes
  4. Hardware that is supplied and installed by YITD and under manufacturer warranty
  5. Keeper password manager administration
  6. Backup retrieval & recovery
  7. App deployment
  8. Security incident investigations
  9. Changes to security policies (i.e. travel restrictions)
Below is a list of typical scenarios that are not included.
  1. 3rd Party vendor systems (i.e. LEAP, Xero, Quickbooks, SettsPlus, Adobe, Google, etc)
  2. iOS, Android or Linux operating systems
  3. External printers or other hardware not supplied & installed by YITD
