IT Support & Projects

All of our IT Service Requests are classified either as "IT Support" or an "IT Project".

Definitions:
  1. IT Support - Troubleshooting and maintenance of existing systems, users or hardware
  2. IT Project - Provisioning and implementation of new systems, users or hardware
Rates:
  1. IT Support & IT Projects are charged at the following rates
    1. Remote - AUD120 per hour +GST (Minimum 0.1 hour charge)
    2. Onsite - AUD180 per hour +GST (Minimum 1 hour charge)
IT Support - Typical Examples:
  1. Operating system issues
  2. User account servicing
  3. Issues with YITD supplied hardware that are under manufacturer's warranty period
  4. Permission changes
  5. Security incident investigation
  6. Bitlocker Encryption key management / retreival
IT Project - Typical Examples:
  1. User account creation
  2. Hardware and equipment supply and installation
  3. System design
  4. Shared mailbox creation
  5. Sharepoint site creation
