VA Setup Process

  1. Install MS Teams on your own computer. Download here - > Download Microsoft Teams Desktop and Mobile Apps | Microsoft Teams
  2. Login with the Office 365 email address and password sent to you.
  3. Go to Windows 365 (microsoft.com) https://windows365.microsoft.com/
  4. Sign in with your Office 365 email address and password.

  5. Click "Download remote desktop" and download the appropriate app for the system you are using.

  6. Click "Get subscription URL"
  7. When remote desktop app has installed, open the remote desktop app.
  8. Click the 3 dots in top right hand corner and then "Subscribe with URL".
  9. Enter the subscription URL that was copied at step 4 and click next.
  10. Your cloud PC will now appear in the remote desktop window, Double click the cloud PC icon to launch your cloud PC.
  11. When it connects, log in with your Office 365 username and password
  12. Go to Task Manager > Start > Right Click Microsoft Teams > Select Disable ( This is so Teams won't launch at start. Please do not login on Teams at Cloud PC so you won't get duplicate notifications )
  13. Sync Sharepoint Folders to your cloud pc if needed. Sync Sharepoint Library to your device
  14. If Edge is not working, restart your cloud pc so updates are synced to your device.
