How to Troubleshoot your Cloud PC

Restarting your computer is one of the most basic way to troubleshoot computer issues. It resolves a lot of inconsistencies and performance issues. This applies to Windows 365 cloud PC as well.

1. Please check if you're accessing the cloud pc through a browser or remote desktop app. See the full guide here
2. Login to your windows 365.


3. If restarting does not solve the issue, there is also a built in troubleshooter that you can use to fix common issues.

NOTE: 
The rest of the options can also be used.
Reset will refresh or reformat your entire cloud computer, equivalent to a clean install.
Restore option will restore your computer to a previous date/time.
