Our helpdesk operates a ticket-based system to enable us to provide our clients with an efficient service and ensure requests are actioned promptly.

Please use any of the following methods to request assistance from our support team.

1. Directly from your desktop (For Clients on a Managed Service Plan)
  1. Click on our logo in your taskbar (bottom right corner, near the clock).
  2. Select "Create Service Request"
  3. Submit your details.

Click here and fill out the form with as much detail as possible.

3. Email - Send an email to help@yitd.au.
Please include a general description of your problem in the subject line and more details in the body of the email

4. If you are unable to use any of the methods above, call us on 08 6166 7676 Option 1.
