Helpdesk Support

Our helpdesk runs a ticket‑based system to ensure your requests are actioned promptly and efficiently.
You can reach us through any of the methods below, choose whichever is easiest for you.

1. From your desktop (Managed Service Clients)
Click the YITD logo in your taskbar (bottom right, near the clock)
→ Select “Create Service Request”  
→ Submit your details

2. Online Form
Submit a request anytime using our online form.

3. Email
Send us an email at help@yitd.au  
Include a short subject line describing the issue and any helpful details in the body.

4. Phone Support
If you prefer to speak with someone or the matter is urgent, call us on:

Support Hours
Monday to Friday — 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM AWST  
For emergencies outside these hours, leave a voicemail and our team will respond as soon as possible.
